Apply an obstacle offset

On the Define tab, click Design Space > Obstacle Offset .

The Obstacle Offset dialog opens.

Tip: You can also open the Obstacle Offset dialog from the browser, by mousing over the Obstacle Offset node and clicking .

On the canvas, select an obstacle geometry body to assign the offset.

You can select one or more bodies. Bodies with an obstacle offset applied are not available for selection.

Specify a distance by which to offset the obstacle geometry body.

Distance must be a positive value.

Click OK.

The increased size of the obstacle body displays in red on the canvas and is semitransparent.
