Data Panel

Use the Data Panel to access, organize, and share your Fusion projects, design data, samples and libraries. The Data Panel is hidden by default.

Access the Data Panel

  1. If you're in the Home tab, click any open tab to go to the Fusion canvas.

  2. To show or hide the Data Panel from the Fusion canvas, do one of the following:

    • Click the Data Panel icon data panel icon.
    • Press Ctrl+Alt+P (Windows) or Option+Command+P (MacOS).
  3. Once in the Data Panel, double-click the name of a project, sample, or library to see all Data Panel controls.

  1. Data Panel show or hide: Show or hide the Data Panel.

  2. Current hub: The current Fusion hub you're working in.

    Note: The hub name is displayed at the top of the data panel. Check for this icon collaborative editing next to the hub name to confirm if you're working in a collaborative editing hub.
  3. Data or People: Switch between the Data or People views.

  4. Upload or New Folder: Upload a file from you local device or create a folder in the current project.

  5. Settings: Customize and sort the Data Panel view; for example show data in a grid, or sort it by name.

  6. Return to the project list: Go back to the list of projects, libraries, and samples.

  7. Current project: The name of the project or library you're currently working in.

  8. Open on the Web: Open the current project or library in the Fusion web client.

  9. Context menu: Right-click to access commands for that specific project or folder.
