Administer hub members and roles
Invite people to the hub
- Click the User Profile button in the upper right of the Fusion web client.
- Click Admin > Members And Roles.
- Click the Invite button.
- Enter the e-mail addresses of the people you want to invite. Use a comma to separate the e-mails.
- Click Invite.
Note: Invited users will receive an email inviting them to sign up in the hub. Invitations are displayed in Sent Invitations with a status of Pre-approved. From here, you can withdraw or resend invitations.
You cannot invite Project Contributors from the Administrator Console. However, Team Administrators can invite Project Contributors from Projects that they are part of if Project Contributor access is enabled in the hub and for the project.
Sent invitations
Team Administrators can resend invitations to remind invited users who have not yet signed up. They can also withdraw invitations.
Resend or withdraw an invitation
- Click the User Profile button in the upper right of the Fusion web client.
- Click Admin > Members And Roles > Sent Invitations.
- Select the user.
- Select Resend Invite or Withdraw.
If a user tries to sign up after you withdraw an invitation, they get an error message and will not be able to sign up.
Change a hub member's role
Team Administrators can change a hub member's role in the following ways:
- Project Contributor to a Team Member
- Team member to a Team Administrator or Project Contributor
- Team Administrator to Team Member
- Click the User Profile button in the upper right of the Fusion web client.
- Click Admin > Members And Roles.
- Select the Role button for the user you want to change.
- Select the new role.
In some cases, you may also want to change the hub member's role for specific projects. See .
Change a hub member's status
Team Administrators can deactivate and activate members of the hub.
- Click the User Profile button in the upper right of the Fusion web client.
- Click Admin > Members And Roles.
- Select the member you want to change.
- Select the Deactivate or Activate button.
When you activate a member, the member is restored to the same role prior to deactivation. Access to projects continues as before.
