Legend Min/Max synchronization in Simulation compare mode

The synchronize tools in Compare mode enable you to synchronize actions you take in the active window with the results in all the other windows.

Synchronize Min/Max - standard viewer

Note: This is the name of the command for studies that use the standard results viewer. For study types that use the standard results viewer, this command is inactive by default.

- Synchronize Min/Max

Synchronize Min/Max synchronizes the legend range in all windows so you can compare the results more effectively. Synchronizing the legend minimum and maximum values can be effective when you are comparing the same result from different studies of the same type, and you want to ensure that the legend range is the same.

Synchronize Legend - online viewer

Note: This is the name of the command for studies that use the online results viewer. For study types that use the online results viewer, this command is active by default.

- Synchronize Legend

In addition to synchronizing the legend minimum and maximum values, for results that use the online viewer, Synchronize Legend also synchronizes the Result Settings.

Note: You must be comparing the same result type from the same study type for Synchronize Legends to take effect.

Since Synchronize Legends is active by default, when you switch to results of a different type or from a different study type, you will notice an information icon appear in inactive windows that no longer show the same result type.

- Unable to synchronize Legend

To remove this information icon, you can either:

disable the Synchronize Legend command
switch to compare the same type of result from the same type of study.
