You can export data from
Info360 Asset as feature layers for use in ArcGIS Online.
You can export:
- Asset attributes
- Inspection details, condition scores, and defect observations (PACP & MACP)
- Risk model results
- Rehabilitation decision tree results
Before you can export data, you must set up an ArcGIS Online integration in
Info360 Asset. See
Create Integration for ArcGIS Online Imports or Exports.
To export data:
- Make sure your data is ready for export:
- Inspections have been approved
- Risk models have been run and published
- Rehab decision trees have been run and published
- Go to Data Data Export and click on New Export.
- Select the System Type, Asset Type and Export Type.
- Check the boxes beside the layers you want to export.
Tip: Click on the layer name to expand the sublayers.
- Click Export.
- Give the new Feature Service a name, then click Export.
- Once the export is complete, click on the three dots icon
beside the export to either open the exported layers in ArcGIS Online or copy the URL for the exported layers.
Note: You may need to modify the sharing settings in ArcGIS Online for the user account used in the integration so other users can access the exported layers.
To refresh an export:
You can refresh an existing data export to update the associated hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online.
- Open the export.
- Check the boxes beside the layers you want to refresh.
- Click Refresh Layers.
