To export data to ArcGIS, you must set up an ArcGIS Online integration. For details, see Create Integration for ArcGIS Online Imports or Exports.

To export data:

  1. Make sure your data is ready for export:
    1. Inspections have been approved and are correctly linked to assets.

For MACP, manhole assets must be linked. For PACP, both pipe and manhole assets must be linked. See also: Prepare CCTV Inspection Data for Import.

    2. Risk models have been run and published.
    3. Rehab decision trees have been run and published.
  2. Go to Data Data Export and click on New Export.
  3. Select the System Type, Asset Type and Export Type: ArcGIS, GeoJSON, or Shapefile.
  4. Check the boxes beside the layers you want to export.
Tip: Click on the layer name to expand the sublayers.
  5. Click Export.
  6. Give the new Feature Service a name, then click Export.
  7. Confirm your export choice.
Note: Data export is an asynchronous process, so it may take a while depending on the network size.
  8. Once the export is complete, click on the three dots icon beside the export to either open the exported layers.
Note: For ArcGIS export you can open layers in ArcGIS Online or copy the URL for the exported layers. You may also need to modify the sharing settings in ArcGIS Online for the user account used in the integration so other users can access the exported layers.

To refresh an ArcGIS export:

You can refresh an existing data export to update the associated hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online.

  1. Open the export.
  2. Check the boxes beside the layers you want to refresh.
  3. Click Refresh Layers.
