You can import GIS data from ArcGIS Online directly into Info360 Asset. You can also export data from Info360 Asset to ArcGIS Online.
Before you can import or export data, you must set up an ArcGIS Online integration in Info360 Asset. You must be a Full-Access user to do this.
We recommend creating a specific user for the integration in ArcGIS Online. This integration user must have access to the GIS data that you want to bring into Info360 Asset. If other users will require access to exported layers, also make sure the sharing settings for the integration user are set accordingly.
Note: Data imports to
Info360 Asset are one-time imports only (they can't be synchronized), whereas data exports to ArcGIS Online can be refreshed.
To create an integration
- Go to Admin
Integrations and select Create New Integration.
- Choose the ArcGIS Online integration type, then click Get Started.
- Enter a name and description for the integration.
- Click on Authenticate and log in to your ArcGIS Online account.
- Enable the integration, then Save.
Once the integration is enabled, full-access users can:
- Import asset data or spatial data from ArcGIS Online in the Data section. See Import Asset Data and Import Spatial Data.
- Export data to ArcGIS Online from the Data Export tab. See Export Data to ArcGIS Online.
