The known limitations and issues in the 2026 versions of InfoWater Pro are listed below.

Data joined to the map through map themes may be out of date in some cases, for example, when viewing input data that has been bulk-edited in another scenario. 2025.4 Resolved in 2026.0 Map data can be regenerated by clicking "Clear Data" at the top of the Map Theme dialog.

Cloud computing for standard runs is no longer supported for versions 2025.3 and earlier. 2025.3 Perpetual Upgrade to 2025.4+. Fireflow runs remain supported from 2024.2+.
Working from a model saved on a network drive or fileshare server can impact performance. All versions Open Save models to a local folder while working in InfoWater Pro. Use the InfoWater Sync tool to share changes to a common file location.
ArcGIS Pro version 3.4 compatibility: When using Windows 11 and a light theme, fields in Model explorer are difficult to read. 2025.3 Resolved Upgrade to ArcGIS Pro 3.4.2, unpin the dock pane, or use dark theme.
Results fail to open from the "Results Pending" state after simulations. 2024 Resolved Turn off ArcGIS Pro file indexing.
