HVAC: Assign an Inlet Flow Rate

In this task, you will apply the flow rate at a boundary node. It is the transition scoop from the Main AHU, which is not shown, to the ducting.

1. In the Model Pane, select the boundary condition glyph at the inlet.
   
2. In the Properties Pane, set the following parameters:
   • Select Flow rate
   • Enter 1500
   • For Type, select Inlet.
     

   A flow rate of 1500 ft3/min is assigned to the boundary node.
