Ax, Iy, Iz Sections: Additional Parameters Dialog

On the Ax, Iy, Iz tab you specify basic structural properties of a section. Use the Additional Parameters dialog to:

• Specify properties of a steel or timber section, such as shear rigidity factors, shear areas, and plastic section moduli.
• Select a section type (shape) from the list and enter dimensions.

  After you select a section type, edit fields to specify dimensions display. The dimensions depend on a selected section type. They are illustrated in the image.

  Select if you do not want to specify a section type.

Click Additional Parameters in the Sections dialog, on the Ax, Iy, Iz tab.
