To Predefine Symbol Annotation

Open the .dwg file of the symbol in AutoCAD. The default symbol library path is \Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Acade {version}\Libs\{library}\.
Use the DDEDIT or PROPERTIES command to change the default attribute values of the symbol.
