Tutorial 2 - Analyze an Injection-Molded Radiator Tank

Introduction

This tutorial guides you through an analysis of a radiator tank. First, a structural analysis model is prepared using ANSYS. Next, Advanced Material Exchange is used to map results to the structural model. Finally, the structural analysis of the radiator tank is performed.

The radiator tank is made with Extron 3019 HS glass fiber-reinforced material. The models used in this tutorial are available for download here.
