Appendix A.13 - Argument #16: Moisture Flag

The 16th argument is a flag that specifies the moisture condition for the environment of interest in the material data file. The flag can assume three values:

• 0 → Ambient (default)
• 1 → Dry
• 2 → Wet

This argument is only applicable to material files containing multiple sets of material properties. If the material file contains a single set of material properties, argument 16 can be blank. Argument 16, in combination with argument 9 (temperature), dictate which set of material properties to use in the analysis.
