Using AMSCALEXY, you can scale objects along the X axis independently of the Y axis, and vice-versa.

For example, you can change a circle into an ellipse. You can also scale objects to adjust to the size of other objects in the drawing.

With AMSCALEXY, you can specify negative values for the scale factor. Negative values mirror the objects about the opposite axis, relative to the base point.
