To Export a Parts List (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

In the drawing area, double-click the parts list to edit. The Parts List dialog box is displayed.
In the toolbar, click . The Export dialog box is displayed.
In the Save as type list, select the file format to export to.
In the Save in list, select the folder to export to.
In the File name box, enter a name for the export file.
Click Save.
