The RFI tool supports two different workflows for submitting, reviewing, answering, and closing out RFIs:
- A default RFI workflow with the key stages of drafting, submission, review, answering, and closure.
- An enhanced RFI workflow that includes the additional roles of a coordinator to conduct preliminary reviews and forward RFIs, as well as detailed reviews by expert reviewers.
In summary, the RFI tool provides flexibility to use either a straightforward RFI workflow or a more comprehensive workflow with additional coordination and review steps, enabling teams to collaborate effectively on the RFI process.
