To Work with the BIM 360 Plan Mobile App

Manage activities on site using the mobile app.

Install Mobile App

  1. Find the BIM 360 Plan mobile app on the iTunes® App Store.
  2. Sign in using your Autodesk ID and follow the links to download the mobile app.

Sync App

  • On the bottom toolbar, tap Sync.

Change View

  1. On the top toolbar, tap View Options.
  2. In the View Options dialog, select Card or Bar. Alternatively, pinch an activity in the view to change layout.
  3. Optionally, select Show Weekends or Show Lanes with No Activity.

Group Activities

  • On the top toolbar, tap the link next to Group By and tap to select a Group option.

Filter Activities

  • On the top toolbar, tap the link next to Filter By and tap to select a filter option.

Update Status

  • Tap an activity Edit, change the Status Done.

Create or Edit Activity

  1. To create a new activity, tap Create and in the New Activity dialog, specify the activity details Save.
  2. To edit an activity, select it and tap Edit, and change required fields Done.
