To Work with Work Breakdowns

As a project admin, you can build and edit work breakdown structures (WBS) that can be assigned to activities.

Create

  1. Click profile menu > Project Admin > WBS .
  2. Click Add New Top Work Breakdown.
  3. Enter a top level name.
  4. To add a child level, click Add and specify a name. For example, child levels for Electrical could be wiring and lighting.

Edit

  1. Click profile menu > Project Admin > WBS .
  2. Click Edit. You can add new work breakdowns or edit already created structures.
  3. Make your changes and click Save.

Copy

  1. Click profile menu > Project Admin > WBS .
  2. Select an existing top level. To copy the entire structure, click Select All Children.
  3. Click copy <number> items to create a copy of the WBS that you can edit.
