To Close Issues

You can have issues reviewed before closing them.

Close an issue when a subcontractor has completed the work. Instead of closing it, choose Ready To Inspect if you want the architect or owner to review it.

Note: If someone from outside your company created the issue, you cannot mark it as Closed.
  1. Click Issues .
  2. Click the Search icon.
  3. Locate issues by using the search and filtering options. For example, to find open issues, click the Status drop-down menu and choose Open.
  4. To refine the search, filter by column or keyword:
    • By column. For example, to filter the Company column, click the Company drop-down menu and choose the name of a company.
    • By keyword. Type a word or phrase in the Description box. For example, enter paint to see all the issues related to painting.
  5. To close a set of issues, first select them using the checkboxes.
  6. Click Edit.
  7. In the popup window, change the Status field to one of these values:
    • Closed.
    • Ready To Inspect. The architect or owner can now review the issue.
  8. Click Save.
