How to add custom attributes for Issues in Autodesk Forma

Issue:

Is it possible to add custom attributes for issues in Autodesk Forma (Formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) (ACC)?

Solution:

To add custom attributes for Issues in Forma, we suggest the following steps: 

  1. Go to Forma Data Management > Issues > Settings

  2. Select Custom field > Create Custom field

  3. Complete the required fields for your new custom field:

    • Custom field title

    • Custom field type

  1. Select the Issue type in which you want to add a custom field

  2. On the right panel, select the "manage field" tab

  3. On the bottom of the panel, select "add custom field"

Note: The custom fields are not allowed to be deleted when there are any (existing) issues related to them.
