There are multiple ways to create a backup of your Autodesk Construction Cloud data. The data backup can be useful if you need to maintain local access to your files during scheduled maintenance or when an internet or system outage occurs.

Back Up Data with Desktop Connector

Desktop Connector for Autodesk Docs allows you to work locally with your Autodesk Docs cloud data. You can continue to access your Autodesk Docs data while working offline if scheduled maintenance or a system or internet outage occur. Learn more about working offline.

Download Data to Create a Backup

You can create a backup copy of files and folders through a few features in the Files tool.

  1. Download source folders or files.
  2. Share files to make available to download.
  3. Export PDF files.

Download Data with Data Connector

Project administrators and members with executive access can use Data Connector to regularly extract project data on a scheduled basis. The extracted data can be downloaded as a ZIP file.
