Delete and Restore Sheets

Members with Edit permission or above can delete sheets on web. This is useful to reduce your sheet count as deleted sheets do not count toward the maximum number of sheets allowed by your plan.

They can also restore any deleted sheets from the Deleted sheets area back into the sheets list. When sheets are deleted or restored, they are also deleted or restored from the Autodesk Construction Cloud mobile app as well. Any other information on the sheet such as markups is deleted or restored as well.

Delete Sheets

  1. Click the Sheets tool.

  2. Select sheets from the sheets list, or search and filter for specific sheet versions, disciplines, or tags.

  3. Click the More menu above the sheets list.

  4. Click Delete.

Restore Sheets

Members with Edit permission or above can restore deleted sheets. Restored sheets will count toward the maximum number of sheets allowed by your plan. If the collection or version set of the deleted sheet is also deleted, this will be restored along with the sheet.

  1. Click in the Sheets tool

  2. Select the sheets that you want to restore.

    The deleted sheets list shows the most recent version set name. If the version set name was different when the sheet was deleted, the original name will be displayed in the information tooltip.

  3. Click Restore.
