Filter Shared RFIs
Users can filter RFIs by "Shared or Received: Yes/No" to easily identify RFIs that have been shared through Bridge or received from other projects.
How to filter shared RFIs
To filter RFIs based on their Bridge sharing status:
- Click RFIs from the left navigation to open the RFIs tool
- Click the Filter button to open the filter panel
- Locate the Shared or Received filter option
- Select from the following options:
- Yes: Shows only RFIs that have been shared or received through Bridge
- No: Shows only RFIs that have not been shared or received through Bridge
- All (default): Shows all RFIs regardless of sharing status
Filter criteria
For this filter, an RFI is considered "bridged" if it was ever:
- Shared with another project using Bridge (outgoing)
- Received from another project through Bridge (incoming)
- Both shared and received (part of a sharing chain)
Combining with other filters
The Bridge sharing filter works alongside other RFI filters:
- Status filters: Combine with status filters to find shared RFIs in specific states
- Date filters: Find RFIs shared within specific time periods
- Assignment filters: Locate shared RFIs assigned to specific team members
- Custom field filters: Use with custom RFI fields for advanced filtering
