Forms Statuses
The Forms tool has four available statuses to help you identify what stage a form is in.
| Status | Description |
| In progress | Every form starts in this status. |
| In review | If reviewers are specified on the form template used, forms will move to to this status when submitted. |
| Closed | This indicates that the form was submitted, or was submitted and reviewed. |
| Archived | This indicates that the form was archived. |
Depending on your permission level and the status, you can perform certain actions on a form. Learn more in Forms Permissions.
