Meetings on Autodesk Construction Cloud Mobile App (iOS)

The Meetings tool on Autodesk Construction Cloud Mobile app allows you to manage meetings you have access to. You can view the meetings list, sort, search and filter meetings, view meeting details such as description, summary, invitees, references, items etc., as well as create and edit meetings.

Create New Meeting

  1. Click Create meeting.

  2. You’ll be redirected to the Discussion tab where you can add relevant information: description, new topics, new items and summary.

  3. Go to the Information tab to add series title, status, time, location and invitees.

Edit Existing Meeting

You can edit meeting title, status, date, time, location, invitees and references. To do this, open the selected meeting and click the selected field.

Delete Meeting

To delete a meeting, click menu, then click Delete meeting and confirm the deletion.
