View Outgoing Bridge Details

In the Outgoing tab of the Bridge tool, you can see a table with information about each time content was shared from your current project to other ACC projects. You can also share content directly from the Outgoing tab. Learn more

  • Title: The name for the group of as-builts, sheets, files, or folders that were shared. This value can come from:

    • The title entered when the items were shared. If none was entered, the title is "untitled".
    • If a file or sheet is shared through an automation, the corresponding file or sheet name will appear as the title.
    • If items from this project are imported into another ACC project, the title will be Imported.
  • Type: Files, Sheets, or As-builts

    • Files: Shared with another project
    • Sheets (Autodesk Build): Shared with another project or with anyone with the link
    • As-builts (Autodesk Build): Shared with another project
  • Status: Sent, In review, Accepted, Rejected, Expired, or Failed

    • Sent: When sheets are shared with a link, this indicates that the sheets were sent to the recipients.
    • In review, Accepted, Rejected, or Expired: When shared files must be accepted by a project administrator in the target project, this is the status of that process.
Note: Invitations to accept or reject files expire in 30 days. If expired, you can share the content again to restart the process.
    • Partially failed: Multiple items were shared at one time, and one or more files or folders failed to share, but other items were successful. Learn more about troubleshooting Bridge failures.
    • Failed: The content was not successfully copied to the target project. Try again.
  • Status updated: The date the status changed

  • Reviewed on: The date a project administrator in the target project of these files accepted or rejected the content

  • Sent to: The project the content was sent to

  • Sent by: The member who sent the content

  • Automation: Yes or No. This will list whether an automation has occurred.

Note: The first time you send content through Bridge, the Automation column will say "No" because an automation has yet to occur. In the future, this will change to "Yes" when the system sends content automatically.

You can view what was sent by selecting an instance.

This will take you to a detailed view of the items that were sent. You can view any items directly by clicking the name. You will be taken to the Sheets or Files tool accordingly.
