Organization Admin Portal Tour
Overview
The Organization Admin Portal product tour helps first-time administrators quickly get familiar with Digital Workplace’s core features. Think of the tour as your city map, guiding you through the key landmarks of the portal so you can explore confidently and get oriented right away.
When the product tour is first released, it launches automatically for all Organization Admins to introduce the new feature. After the initial release, the tour auto-launches only for new Organization Admins logging in for the first time.
The onboarding cards focus on the basics, helping admins feel comfortable navigating the portal so they can get started with confidence.
Exploring Key Features
The tour highlights the main areas of the Organization Admin Portal, including AITs, Workplaces, Companies, Members, and Activity Log.
Each tab is explained through a short product card that appears directly in the interface, describing the tab’s purpose and visually pointing out its location in the navigation menu, like showing you the must-visit spots on your city map.
Admins can skip the tour anytime by clicking the “x” in the top-right corner of a card. The tour can be revisited later by selecting the bulb icon in the top-right corner of the portal, making it easy to return to the guided experience whenever you want to refresh your knowledge.
