Enterprise Admins now benefit from an in-app, step-by-step product tour that launches automatically upon first login. By spotlighting areas such as Organizations, Back-up EAs, and Reports, the tour helps admins build confidence quickly and without disrupting their workflow.

Organization Admin Portal Tour
Similarly, Organization Admins will be welcomed with a tailored product tour the first time they access the portal. This tour introduces key areas like AITs, Workplaces, Members, and Activity Log, using in-app cards linked to navigation tabs. It’s an intuitive way to discover functionality and understand where to manage organizational setup and users.
