Onboarding Users/Members Individually
Select Members tab. Click the "Add" button.
From the drop-down menus, it's mandatory to assign both the Job Role and Graphics Policy (link to Graphics Policy article) to the member. Company assignment, however, is optional. After entering the member's email address, select "Add" to proceed.
Initially, you may not have the Workplace and Desktop Pool ready, which is perfectly fine. To assign the member later, simply select the "Add" button when these elements are available.
After the Workplace and Desktop Pools are selected, select the "Save" button.
A confirmation notification will appear at the bottom of your screen, plus an additional notification under the bell icon to inform you if the member onboarding was successful.
