Connecting to Local Printer

Follow these instructions to connect to your local printer from a Digital Desktop. Customers need to request automatic redirection of local printers from the Digital Workplace team so we can assign a special Citrix policy to their workplaces.

Check your local printer is connected to the local device you are using.

To log in to your Digital Desktop, use your Autodesk ID and password. Once logged in, connect to the desired Digital Desktop.

Check for your local printer on Digital Desktop and confirm that it is listed.

Open AutoCAD, then open a sample DWG file.

After selecting a listed local printer, print the file.

When you print with your local printer, you will receive confirmation on the screen. Please submit a request to Worktop.Support@ltimindtree.com for support.
