Need help with your Revit UK trial? Follow these steps to contact Autodesk support.
Access the Contact Support page with your Autodesk Account. Enter your email address and click on "next".
Enter your password and click on "Sign In".
Choose the issue category “Downloading & Installing software”.
Select the "Trial software” button.
Click “Create a case” and enter a detailed description of your issue.
Include #DigitalWorkplace in the subject line to route your case correctly.
Submit your request. You'll receive a confirmation email with a case number.
