Issue:
Users reported that after files are shared on Autodesk Forma Data Management (formerly Autodesk Docs) or Forma Design Collaboration module, they show as updated by "ACC System". Instead, it would be expected for the name of the user who last updated that file to show up on this field.
Causes:
One of the causes is that automation is used for uploading to Autodesk Forma Data Management or Autodesk Forma Design Collaboration.
Solution:
Try uploading the file from the user's Autodesk Forma without the use of automation, if the issue continues to occur without the use of automation, contact Autodesk Customer Support
