Single Sign-on and Directory Sync
You can use Single Sign-on (SSO) and Directory Sync to manage sign in and move members and subscriptions. The following describes the supported and unsupported items for these features.
SSO
For instructions to set up SSO, go to the Single Sign-on Setup Guide.
- Supported: SSO for an email domain. You can control how a set of users with a specific email domain sign in to ACC products.
- Not Supported: SSO for 3rd parties or external vendors. You can't control how users that have a different email domain from yours sign-in and access your ACC Hub/ACC Projects.
Directory Sync
Directory sync allows you to add and maintain users from your organization directory groups to your Autodesk Team. Learn more about Directory Sync.
- Supported: Directory sync to a team. You can automatically pull your lists/groups of users into your Autodesk team and assign them the appropriate Autodesk Flex subscriptions. Learn more about Automatic Subscription Assignment.
- Not Supported: Directory sync to a hub. You can't automatically pull your lists/groups of users into your ACC Hubs. Individual product subscriptions, for example Autodesk Build, can't be automatically assigned.
