Unable to open ACC iOS mobile app

Issue:

When opening the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) iOS mobile app, the screen displays a message saying "Refreshing..." and the projects do not load.

Solution:

To resolve the issue, log out of the app and in again.

Note: if using SSO, make sure to log out of everything so it is reset before logging in again.
