Automated Drawing Extraction Workflow

The automated drawing extraction workflow is accessed from the Files tool. Members can access the automated drawing extraction workflow if they have Edit permission or above for the folder containing the PDF files they want to extract.

1. Click the Files tool.

2. Click to select single PDFs, multipage PDFs, or a mix which contain the drawings and attributes you want to extract.

3. Select the More menu next to the Publish button.

4. Click Extract pages and attributes.

   

   You'll enter the first step of the extraction process - Select Title Block Template.
