Contact Support
You can get product help and contact support directly from the product. If you have a question while you're working, click the and choose:
- Contact support: to open the Support Hub
- Help: to access the product help
The Support Hub opens in the product and allows you to type a question in the text field and surface relevant help content. You can also launch a quick help workflow to show help for common workflows based on your location in the product.
If you can’t answer your question right away in the Support Hub, you’ll be able to open a case with our support team oafter a couple of tries.
Once the chat is open, you can collapse it and move the question mark around in the screen. You can re-open the chat at any time by clicking the question mark icon again. The chat will open in the bottom left corner of the screen.
If you haven’t done so yet, we recommend bookmarking health.autodesk.com. You can view the status of Autodesk cloud products. You can also sign up to receive email alerts for any status changes or future maintenance windows.
