Bulk Upload States and Errors

Upload States

State Description
Preparing for the Bulk Upload In the Preparing for Bulk Upload state, the system works in the background to get your upload ready. For Files with references, it also links related files and stores the necessary information in the database.
Pre-Processing After the upload is created successfully, the user is redirected to the In Progress details page. A loader with the message Pre-processing is displayed. During this phase, background mirroring occurs. Once complete, the loader disappears and the details table becomes visible.
Pending Once mirroring is complete, the upload state transitions to Pending. This marks the beginning of the active upload process.
Started From the Pending state until the upload completes, the status is shown as Started. This indicates that the upload is in progress.
Paused If the user clicks the Pause button, the state changes to Paused. You can click Resume to change the state to Started.
Success When the upload completes without any errors, the status is marked as Success. The upload is then listed under the Completed Uploads page with a tick mark symbol in the status column, indicating a successful completion.
Failed The upload fails due to one or more errors. The application captures the errors and displays them in the UI. All errors are listed in the Upload Summary page. The upload is marked as Failed in the status column.
