File and Folder Actions
When you open the Files tool, there are three main areas where you can access file and folder actions.

| 2 | Action bar | The actions available from the action bar will change depending whether you select either only files, only folders, or a mix of files and folders from the files list |
| 3 | Files list | Single item - Either right-click, or click the More menu of a file or folder in the files list to view actions for the relevant file or folder. Multiple items - If you select multiple files, or files and folders, you can right-click one of those to view actions relevant to those selections. |
The following table details the main actions, whether they are supported for files, folders, or a mix, and the required folder permissions. Click a link in the Name of action column to access the relevant help topic for that action.
