Question 1: Who can access My Home? Is it available to customers using BIM 360 or PlanGrid?
Answer 1: My Home is implemented in the ACC platform. This means that the data from BIM 360 or PlanGrid is not supported on My Home.
Question 2: How can I access My Home? Do I have to purchase it?
Answer 2: The feature is by default available to the users who have access to active projects in any of the ACC products. No additional licenses or purchases are required.
Question 3: Will there be a template that an account administrator can create and use to standardize certain cards or dashboard views for their members?
Answer 3: Currently, the account administrator cannot create a template.
Question 4: Can similar bookmarks be grouped together?
Answer 4: With this release, users are not able to group bookmarks together, or create folders to organize their bookmarks.
