RFI Reports

This topic describes the two RFI reports available: the RFI Detail Report and the RFI Summary Report.

RFI Detail Report

The RFI Detail Report provides a comprehensive list of RFIs with detailed fields, including status, creation date, ball in court, question, official response, referenced files, photos, cost impact, and schedule impact. It also includes an activity log, priority, discipline, category, co-reviewers, location, comments, and custom attributes. The report is available in PDF file format only.

Configure Report Settings

Toggle on the Save to Files option to save your report to a desired folder in the Files tool.

Filter: Filter your report data by:

  • Status
  • Ball in court
  • Due date
  • Cost impact
  • Schedule impact
  • Priority
  • Discipline
  • Category
  • Closed at
  • Created by
  • Created on
  • Updated on
  • Closed on
  • External ID
Tip:

Click to add more filters and further refine the data included in the report. Click Reset to clear all applied filters.

Duplicate report handling:

  • Save as a new version: Update the existing report while keeping its history.
  • Save as a new file: Create a new report without altering the original.

Sort the report data in ascending order or descending order by:

  • ID
  • Status
  • Title
  • Due date
  • Location details
  • Cost impact
  • Schedule impact
  • Priority
  • Discipline
  • Category
  • Created on
  • Updated on
  • External ID

Under Options for your report, you can include the following:

  • Cover page
  • Table of contents
  • Photos
  • References
  • Activity log
  • Comments

Click to add more sorting criteria. Click Reset to clear all applied sorting criteria.

RFI Summary Report

The RFI Summary Report provides an overview of RFIs, including status, ID, title, creator, ball in court, questions, official responses, and other RFI-specific data. The report is available in PDF and Excel file formats.

Configure Report Settings

Toggle on the Save to Files option to save your report to a desired folder in the Files tool.

Tip: The RFI Summary Report offers a more compact layout, allowing for the display of greater amount of content within the same space.

Note the following considerations:

  • The progress bar in the Fields area indicates the percentage of selected fields.

  • All fields are selected by default

  • Click Reset to clear all applied changes and select all fields
