View, Filter, and Search Reports

Once a report is generated, it is added to the Reports log. Here, you can view and filter all your reports, and search the reports by title.

You can also share reports with other project members and void them when they're no longer needed. See Download, Share, and Void Reports to learn more.

View Reports

Reports created in the last 30 days are displayed in the Reports log tab of the Reports tool.

The types of reports that display depend on the product in which you opened the Reports tool. See the table in Report Types for more information.

Depending on the product report types, project administrators can view all reports and project members can only view reports they created or which are shared with them.

The Reports log details the following for each report:

  • Title
  • Type
  • Run at
  • Created by
  • Source template
  • Schedule
  • Recipients

Once a report has expired, it will no longer display in the list and any links to attachments in the report will also expire.

Filter Reports

Members can filter both the Reports log and the Templates tabs to help them to easily find the reports they need.

  1. Select either the Reports log or Templates tab.

  2. Click the Filter icon .

    • Reports log: Type, run on, created by
    • Templates: Type, created by
  3. Select your filters. They will automatically apply.

Click X to close the filter screen. The number of filters you've applied is detailed in the filter button . Click X in the filter button to clear all applied filters.

Search Reports

Use the search box at the top right of the Reports page to find reports by title.
