To create an NC program file

Create a new NC program file if you want to copy and paste NC code into a blank file.

  1. Click New NC programs .
  2. In the New NC Programs dialog, select:
    • Pre-Configured Machines to view the machines that are pre-configured in the MCE.
    • Custom Machines to view the custom machines you have added.
  3. Select your machine and control combination in the list.
    Note: If your machine and control combination is not displayed in the pre-configured machines list, you need to add a custom machine.
  4. Click OK.

Now that you have created an NC program file, you can copy and paste in NC code and use the MCE to edit it.
