To create a rehabilitation decision tree there are several steps.

- Create a rehabilitation decision tree (a blank canvas)
- Create queries and rules
- Create actions
- Connect the queries and actions in your tree
- Run the tree and review rehab results
To create a rehabilitation decision tree:

Go to Rehab and click on Create New Decision Tree.
- Enter a name and select a System Type and an Asset Type.
- Click Create Decision Tree.
You will have a blank canvas where you can start adding queries and actions to build your tree.
