Create an incident to manage the associated complaints, investigation work, and impact assessment.
To create an incident
- In Incident Manager, click on Create Incident.
- Enter a name and description.
- Select the number of the associated asset.
- If there is a location configured for the asset, this will be set as the incident location. Otherwise, you can enter it manually in the Location field.
- Select a Source and Incident Type.
- Then click Create Incident.
- Once the incident is resolved, you can use the three dots menu
to mark it as resolved.
