Create an Incident

Create an incident to manage the associated complaints, investigation work, and impact assessment.

To create an incident

  1. In Incident Manager, click on Create Incident.
  2. Enter a name and description.
  3. Select the number of the associated asset.
  4. If there is a location configured for the asset, this will be set as the incident location. Otherwise, you can enter it manually in the Location field.
  5. Select a Source and Incident Type.
  6. Then click Create Incident.
  7. Once the incident is resolved, you can use the three dots menu to mark it as resolved.
