Orientation of secondary datum is not allowed

The orientation of a secondary datum derived from targets is not perpendicular to the primary reference of the datum reference frame (DRF). This condition causes the DRF to be considered a failed object and the additional messageFailed objects in the model is displayed.

To resolve the issue, redefine the datum reference frame or redefine the datum from targets.
