Save and Replace All
In this streamlined workflow, you select a component, save a copy of that component, and replace all instances of the component within the assembly with the newly created copy while maintaining all assembly constraints.

On the ribbon, click Assemble tab
Productivity panel Save and Replace All

Note: You can also save and replace all instances of a sub-assembly. To save and replace a sub-assembly, first select the sub-assembly, and then click Save and Replace All.Optionally, in the Create Part or Create Assembly dialog box, modify the name for the copied component or sub-assembly.
Click Save to save a copy of the selected file and replace all instances of the selected component with the newly saved copy.
Note: To select an alternative folder, use the Save in drop-down selection list on the Create Part dialog box before you click Save.
