Video Compression Dialog Box

Sets compression parameters for recording AVI files.

Access:

Ribbon: Dynamic Simulation tab

Animate panel

Publish Movie

Note: Unless you are experienced in creating AVI files, we recommend you accept the defaults for these parameters.

Compressor

Sets the codec to use to compress this AVI.

Clicking the down arrow at the right of this text box opens a list of all available codecs.

The default is Cinepak codec by Radius.

Compression Quality

Sets the compression quality for this AVI.

The default is 100, or highest quality.

Configure

Opens the Configuration dialog box for the selected codec.
