The limitations and issues in the 2026 versions of
InfoWorks ICM are listed below:
Note: These lists do not include any limitations or issues resolved prior to the
2026.0 release.

TSD objects in a cloud database cannot be copied to another cloud database, a transportable database or an on-premise database.
2025.0
TSD objects have gone through all routine development and internal testing. However, given their highly flexible nature, not all the possible combinations of available workflows have been directly tested. Therefore, when copying existing large TSD objects to a cloud database, editing existing data and re-running simulations, care should be taken to ensure datasets and results are as expected. Please
contact support if you experience any unexpected behaviour when using TSD objects in cloud databases.

Cloud simulations
Release Version
Limitation Lifted Version
*DB Update Required
Cloud databases have a soft limit of 80 concurrent simulations.
2024.0
Cloud simulations simulating with GPU compute have a memory limit of 16GB (~20M elements). Larger simulations must be run on CPU.

Engine changes

Limitation Lifted Version

*DB Update Required
Compilers for the cloud and on-premises simulation engines have been updated to meet security requirements and improve consistency between cloud and on-premise. This may cause differences in results for numerically sensitive models where the solution is on the edge of a mode (for example pumps on or off), oscillates between modes or has difficulty converging. This impacts all database versions. See
here for details.

*DB Update Required - Any row with a "Yes" in this column requires the database version to be updated to at least the version it was initially resolved in. For most engine-related issues, you will need to upgrade the software as well as the database.
