This page provides information on how you can open a workgroup database on a hosted server, a standalone database, or a cloud database.
To open a cloud database

Select File
Open Open/Create database. The Open/Create dialog is displayed.
- Select the Cloud option. The Open Cloud Database dialog opens.
- Select the Hub from the drop-down list.
- Select the name of the required database from the Database drop-down.
- In the Open Cloud Database dialog, click OK.
To open a workgroup database on a hosted server

Select File Open Open/Create database. The Open/Create dialog is displayed.
- Select the Workgroup option. The Open Workgroup Database dialog opens.
- If there is not already a connection to the server, connect to the server.
- In the Database section, select the group (if any) that contains the workgroup database, then select the database from the drop-down list.
- Click OK.
To open a standalone database

Select File
Open Open/Create database. The Open/Create dialog is displayed.
- Select the Standalone option. The Open Standalone Database dialog opens.
- Click Browse.
- In the Open dialog, find the standalone database, then click Open.
- In the Open Standalone Database dialog, click OK.
