Add an Artisan tool to a shelf

To make your Artisan tools more convenient to access, you can add them to a shelf. Tools on the shelf are saved with your specific tool settings which means you can save multiple versions of the same tool. For example, you could add a Sculpt Geometry Tool with the Push operation selected and another Sculpt Geometry Tool with the Pull operation selected.

To save your specific tool settings to a shelf

1. Select the Artisan tool.
2. Modify the tool settings.
3. Using the middle mouse button, drag the tool from the Tool Box to the shelf.
4. Save the shelf.
