Reduced Solution Time for 3D Warp Analysis

The computation time for 3D Warp analyses is now faster thanks to code efficiency improvements. These improvements do not introduce any loss of solution accuracy. The speed gains will vary depending on the model. Due to these improvements, you will see increased memory usage during 3D Warp analyses.

Automatic Velocity/Pressure (V/P) switch-over for 3D analyses

We have improved the calculation of automatic V/P switch-over for 3D Fill+Pack analyses by more accurately accounting for the compressibility of polymer melt in barrel and hot runner manifold. This improvement affects models with a large hot runner volume and usually results in switching later from velocity controlled injection to pressure controlled injection.
